India Legends vs Australia Legends Highlights: Ojha, late Pathan carnage takes IND L to final, beat AUS L by 5 wickets

Pathan wins it with a four! That's the end of what turned out to be a very good match indeed. It really was anyone's game until Irfan Pathan unleashed himself against Dirk Nannes. Naman Ojha ends with an unbeaten 90 off 62 balls, an extraordinary innings with some help along the way from Yuvraj Singh and Irfan Pathan. Pathan, meanwhile, is unbeaten on 37 off 12. 

This match almost got over in the 19th over itself! A wide ball after the two sixes and then another maximum from Pathan, straight down the ground again. It is a wonder as to why Watson didn't give Brett Lee this over, the big fast bowler is just standing with a frown on his face. 21 runs off the 19th over.

Oh pick the bones out of that please! Full from Nannes, Irfan smashes it over long on and Suresh Raina has taken quite a brilliant catch beyond the boundary as well!

Safe to say that India Legends are in a bit of a spot of bother now. Watson gets his second wicket now and Australia Legends are back in it.

Watson gets his man! Yuvraj deceived by the lack of pace and loses his stumps. Not much of a celebration there from Watson, he would know that this partnership has perhaps done too much damage with the in-form Stuart Binny to come. Yusuf and Irfan Pathan are up after him and so it will take a proper collapse for India to lose it from here.

50 partnership up between him and Yuvraj! Ojha clears his body, brings the bottom hand into play and smashes Reardon through covers for his sixth boundary.

Once again over the bowler's head and this one is even bigger! Naman Ojha putting the pressure right back on the Australians here, he has reached 60 in 37!

A couple of steps down the track to get to the pitch of the delivery, then a whack through the line to send the ball back over the bowler's head. Ojha has got to 54 in just 36 balls. 

The first timeout of the innings has been taking. Naman Ojha is on 42 off 32 while Yuvraj Sing has scored one run the three balls he has faced thus far. 

Raina perishes while trying to switch gears. Tries to go down town off Jason Krezja and he is caught by Callum Gerguson at long on. 

Ojha and Raina now in the middle. Things are still looking pretty good for the Indians even though Tendulkar has fallen without scoring much. 

Reardon was little more than a part-time seamer in his playing days and so it is understandable that he can't really believe what he has just done. He goes to his team mates with a smile on his face, he has just knocked over Sachin Tendulkar after all. Tendulkar trying a sweep, plays all around it and it hits the stumps.

Tendulkar waits for the slow bouncer from Lee, rocks back and sends it sailing over deep backward point for a one bounce four. That is a much needed boundary for the India great, he hasn't really been able to get any rhythm going thus far. 

A good start for India. Tendulkar clearly happy to give all the strike to Ojha, who is looking very good at the moment indeed. Brett Lee comes back for his third 

Ojha has taken a real liking to Nannes, not so much to Brett Lee. He just flicks the third ball of the over to deep midwicket for his first six of the innings. Then creams almost the perfect cover drive for a four off the very next ball. 

Ojha is on 11 off 14 while Tendulkar has scored four in four. Ojha taking much of the strike in these early overs.

Naman Ojha continues to show good form. Dirk Nannes bowls the second over and his second ball is dispatched to fine leg for a boundary. Ojha then hits the next ball to deep midwicket for his next. 

Back of a length outside off from Lee, Tendulkar brings out the backfoot punch, through the covers and smashing into the boundary ropes. That is a good looking shot if there ever was one, India 5/0 after the 1st over

14 runs in the last over, most of it scored by White. A wonderful partnership between him and Haddin in the end, 40 runs off 18 balls. India now need 172 to win this match. They have scored over 200 in their first match and their batters have shown some good form. This will be an interesting chase. 

What a hand White is playing here. Pawar's fourth and fifth deliveries are dispatched to the boundary and this is turning out to be an expensive final over for India Legends. 

Wide full toss from Abhimanyu Mithun and White gobbles it up. Smacked it way over the bowler's head and into the stands. He never wasted chances like those back in his playing days, did Cameron White.  

No turn today for Rajesh Pawar it seems and Haddin just swings through the line to send the ball over the bowler's head. Very scant crowd so far, as you would expect. Maybe it would build up as the day goes on. 

Rajesh Pawar starts out and he is bowing to Cameron White. Remember, this is not the start of the match, this is the last three overs and so White and Haddin have to smash bang straightaway. 

Australia Legends skipper Shane Watson is the highest run scorer of the tournament with 239 runs in five innings. It is likely that he is going to finish the tournament as the highest run scorer as well.  Meanwhile, Nuwan Kulasekara of the Sri Lanka Legends is the is the highest wicket taker.

Seven matches have been washed out, with five of those abandoned without a ball being bowled. In a way, this game has also joined that list, except that it can be resumed on a reserve day as it is a knockout game after all. 

Australia Legends batted first after India Legends won the toss. Captain Shane Watson and Alex Doolan opened for them and put up a partnership of 60 runs in 7.1 overs before the former fell to Rahul Sharma. Doolan then fell to Yusuf Pathan after which Ben Dunk then scored 46 off 26 balls. Abhimanyu Mithun struck twice while Pathan got another wicket as well before the players walked off the field. Australia were 136/5 in 17 overs with Cameron White on six off as many balls and Brad Haddin on one off two.

Wherever the Road Safety World Series has gone, rain has followed this year. India Legends had multiple matches washed out and there was even an outside chance that they could be knocked out because of this at one point. Now that this particular match was postponed, there won't be any reduction of overs, unless rain spoils the party today as well. Let's hope not.
