Priyanka Chopra slips into a chic swimsuit as she rings in her birthday weekend, see pics

Priyanka Chopra Jonas has begun her birthday weekend on a stylish note. The actor is set to celebrate her 39th birthday on Sunday, July 18. On Saturday, Priyanka took to her Instagram Stories and shared a picture to show her 'Pri-birthday vibes.'

In the picture, Priyanka Chopra was seen seated on what appears to be a patio lounger and enjoying the sunny outdoors. She was seen wearing a chic black top along with a pair of blue denim which she styled with a long chain and a set of boxed-shape sunglasses. She tied her hair back into a messy, lazy look.

She also shared a couple of pictures in which she was seen wearing a swimsuit and soaking up the sun. Priyanka shared the pictures with the caption, "Expectation vs reality."

Priyanka is likely to celebrate her birthday in London this year. The actor has been stationed in the United Kingdom since earlier this year. She had wrapped up her project Text For You earlier this year. She then dived into the making of her upcoming series Citadel. The project is backed by Avengers: Endgame directors Russo Brothers and also stars Game of Thrones alum Richard Madden.

While Priyanka has been in London, it is unclear if her husband, singer Nick Jonas would join her in the UK and celebrate her birthday in person with her. Nick has been busy with his upcoming project and his band, Jonas Brothers, in the US. He recently shared a video showing off his new look, possibly for his upcoming movie Jersey Boys. The singer-actor essays the role of Frankie Valli in the film.

However, it seems like Priyanka will have her cousin, actor Parineeti Chopra by her side. The latter arrived in London earlier this week. She revealed that she had taken a dose of the Covid-19 vaccine in London and Priyanka was by her side after the shots.

Besides Text For You and Citadel, Priyanka also has a few other projects in the pipeline. This includes Matrix 4 with Keanu Reeves, Priyanka's collaboration with Mindy Kaling on a wedding-themed romantic comedy film and a Bollywood movie, details of which are yet to be revealed.
