Starring Ryan Reynolds as a Marvel Comics character, the film’s blow out reception in theaters propelled it to the biggest-ever R-rated debut. The film is going strong at BO in India.

Ryan Reynolds-starrer Deadpool, the story of a superhero with a twisted sense of humour, has minted over Rs 22 crore in India since its release. In the process, it gave competition to big-ticket Bollywood release, Katrina Kaif-starrer Fitoor.
