After CS, 17 senior IAS officers shifted

THE STATE Government today shifted 17 senior Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officers and also promoted a dozen officers to super-time scale. Principal Secretary, Revenue, Iqbal Ahmad has been appointed as Agriculture Production Commissioner and Principal Secretary, Urban Administration Development, Satya Prakash has become the new Principal Secretary, Home.

Director, Public Relations, Rajesh Rajora, has been shifted and appointed as the Commissioner, Veterinary Services and Managing Director, Fisheries Federation. Member, Revenue Board, Manoj Shrivastava has been appointed as new Commissioner, Public Relations.

Similarly, Commissioner, Women and Child Development and Secretary, Medical Education, S R Mohanty, who is having charge of important departments, has been posted as Managing Director, MP State Cooperative SC Finance and Development Corporation.

Many important departments, including Home, Commerce and Industries, Revenue, Urban Administration Development along with others important departments were affected in today’s shifting.

Principal Secretary, Commerce & Industries, Dr A N Asthana has been shifted to Food and Civil Supplies Department; Managing Director, MP State Cooperative SC Finance and Development Corporation, Hoshiyar Singh has returned to Mantralaya after a gap of over a year. He has been appointed as Principal Secretary, Religious Trust and Endowment, Minority Development and Backward Class Welfare Departments.
