Jaju is seeking anticipatory bail fearing arrest after Priyanka's father lodged a police complaint earlier this week that the former secretary was threatening her over a dispute between the two regarding Jaju's fees.

The court adjourned the case as there seemed to be some confusion about whether the offences Jaju is alleged to have committed are bailable or not.

Public Prosecutor told the court that the offences, namely threatening and insulting woman's modesty, are bailable, so there is no need to grant anticipatory bail.

But defence lawyer RM Upadhyay stated that it was not the case.

The judge asked the public prosecutor to verify the exact status of the offences and adjourned the order till May 29.
