You have been in airlines profession since 6 to 7 yrs tell us something about your experience and the boom that you have experienced in this sector?
According to my experience service sector is a vertically growing industry.  The boom in this industry is a boon to the aspiring candidates. With the entry of new players in the sector the job opportunities are increase day by day.

Over the years not only the number of job opportunities have increased but there has been a lot of awareness about this sector.

Besides certain misconceptions about only good looking girls being employed in this profession has been cleared and girls and boys from middle class as well as lower middle class are successfully working in this sector.

Initially grads were only eligible for the air hostess courses but now, school pass outs are also invited to these courses. Is the standard changed or airlines industry wants accommodate more or the reason behind this is the acute shortage of people in the airlines sector?
The basic qualification for entering the service sector is 10 + 2 but again it depends from airlines to airlines. There are some airlines which prefer graduates. Though there has been a change in the minimum qualification, but the airlines have never compromised on the quality of their staff.

Their staff continues to be responsible and sincere. There been a general increase in the maturity level of school pass outs and they are taking up responsible jobs in other sectors as well
