Yesterday (Friday), Punjab Cricket Association Chairman IS Bindra's counsels Tara Chand Gupta and Rajesh Gupta, had filed a written statement before the court, submitting that being an autonomous body, PCA has absolute right and authority to distribute passes, either complimentary or paid at any rate to any person of its choice.
