BJP leader Arjun Munda was today sworn-in as Jharkhand Chief Minister. More
Munda, who was appointed the Chief Minister on Friday night after Shibu Soren failed to prove his majority in the assembly, was administered the oath of office and secrecy by Governor Sibtey Razi at a public ceremony here.

Along with Munda, five independents, whose support is crucial for survival of his ministry, were also sworn in as ministers.
They are Sudesh Mahto, Chandraprakash Chaudhary, Enos Ekka, Madhu Kora and Harinnarain Rai.
BJP President L K Advani, NDA Convenor George Fernandes, Chhatisgarh Chief Minister Raman Singh were among those who attended the ceremony.
