An eight-year-old boy has been killed in a leopard attack in Tehri district of Uttarakhand, taking to nine the toll to such attacks.
An eight-year-old boy has been killed in a leopard attack in Tehri district of Uttarakhand, taking to nine the toll to such attacks in the state in the past one month, forest officials said on Wednesday.
Durgesh Semwal was studying outside his home in Chamasaun Doni village of the district when the leopard attacked him on Monday evening, they said, adding the half eaten body of the boy was later on found in the nearby jungles.

Last week, one Umed Singh (11) was also killed by a leopard at Tilani village of Rudraprayag district.
