PIL seeks ban on BJP's 'rath yatras'

The petition says such 'yatras' tend to create communal unrest in the country.
A PIL has been filed in the Delhi High Court seeking a ban on twin rath yatras of senior BJP leader LK Advani and party President Rajnath Singh.
The petition, filed by Vice President of 'Haryana Yadav Mahasabha' Dharamvir Yadav, and two others, through counsel Nawal Kishore Jha, sought a complete ban on all such yatras, saying these tend to create communal unrest in the country.
