Three arrested for duping PTET aspirants in Moonak
The Moonak police have arrested three people for duping aspirants of Punjab State Teacher's Eligibility Test (PTET) by promising them to bring their names in the merit list.

The accused have been identified as Sanjay Kumar of Banga village, Ram Kumar (Vicky master) of Moonak and Gagandeep (Gaggi) of Papda village. However, the police failed to arrest two other accused Dara Singh of Giladi and Taran Mehta of Tohana (Haryana).
Moonak police station in-charge Baldev Singh said that the police got secret information that a few people are duping aspirants of PSTET that they can help them to get good marks.
A police team managed to arrest them on Sunday morning. The SHO said they might have duped several aspirants as the police have seized `2.40 lakh and documents from their possession.
The accused have been booked under sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 and 120 B of the IPC, said the SHO, adding investigations have been started to find out their links and the police will soon arrest two other accused, who are absconding.
