World's deadliest earthquakes since 2000

More than 3,400 people were killed in Turkey and Syria after a 7.8 magnitude earthquake struck both countries on Monday.

A magnitude 7.8 earthquake shook Turkey and Syria on Monday, killing more than 3,400 people in the two countries. The death toll is expected to rise as rescuers search through the frigid night.
