Actor Jaya Bachchan was caught on camera, scolding a man for clicking her picture on a mobile phone without her permission. Moments later, she is seen doing the same with another person.
The short video shows Jaya exiting Hiroo Johar’s birthday party in Mumbai, and being greeted by the paparazzi. While she doesn’t say anything to the photographers, she does single out the person clicking her pictures on a mobile phone. She picks him out of the crowd and calls him over. “Mobile se kyun le rahe ho? Tameez seekho (Why are you taking photographs with a mobile, learn some manners),” she tells him.
And just moments later, she scolds another man for the exact same thing. When the man says ‘sorry’ she tells him, “’Sorry’, Angrezi mein bas itna hi seekha hai? (‘Sorry’, is that all the English you know?)”.
Jaya is known to be short tempered with the photographers who take her photos without permission. In 2017, a video of hers went viral after she admonished a man for trying to take her pictures.

In an episode of Koffee with Karan, Jaya’s children - Abhishek and Shweta Bachchan - spoke about her aversion to the paparazzi. They said, “She gets very claustrophobic when there are too many people around her. She also doesn’t like it when people take her pictures without asking her. She comes from that school of thought.”
In the new video, the photographers can be heard contemplating whether or not to follow her as she heads towards her car. “Aage jaana hai ke nahi jaana? (Should we follow her?)” one man is heard asking, to which another replies, “Jaane de (Leave it).”
