Actor Ranveer Singh won over the hearts of his fans once again when a picture of him holding his wife Deepika Padukone’s sandals surfaced online.

Actors Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone were spotted at a friend’s wedding in Mumbai recently. Now, a new picture from the event has surfaced on social media and it has won the hearts of their fans.

The picture shows Ranveer holding wife Deepika’s heels in his hands as she meets friends and others guests at the wedding. The cute gesture earned him a collective ‘aww’ from the internet, with many wishing they too find a life partner like him.

“A lovely gesture in helping her better half by really caring by his heart,” wrote a fan. “This is true gentleman,” wrote another. “This couple makes marriage look sooooo dreamy n fab,” commented another. One fan found humour in the situation. “When you do something worth beaten up with sandles....but being cautious!,” they commented.

The wedding was at the JW Marriott hotel in Mumbai and several guests shared the stars’ pictures from the function. Ranveer wore a black bandhgala to the wedding and Deepika wore a white sari with red floral print.

Ranveer has delivered two back-to-back hits with Simmba and Gully Boy. While Simmba earned Rs 350 crore at the box office, Ranveer’s performance in Gully Boy was praised by critics and audience alike.

He is currently shooting for Kabir Khan’s ‘83 in which he plays former Indian cricket captain, Kapil Dev. After that, he will begin shoot for Karan Johar’s Takht later this year.

Meanwhile, Deepika has wrapped up the Delhi shoot schedule for Meghna Gulzar’s Chhapaak on Monday. The filmmaker also shared pictures of the entire cast and crew to celebrate it. Deepika plays an acid attack survivor in the film that is based on the real life story of Laxmi Aggarwal.
