We spoke to a panel of experts including Dr Rommel Tickoo, consultant, internal medicine, Max Delhi; dermatologist Dr Deepali Bhardwaj, gynaecologist Dr. Anita Soni and Reebok master trainer Nisha Varma, to find out how to age better, seamlessly.
