Bittu murder case: Dolly demand action against all accused

However, family members of the deceased said they were not satisfied with the police probe. They alleged that some accused had been spared in the case. Dolly said the law and order was continuously deteriorating in the state and warned that if all the accused were not booked in the murder case, a path of agitation would be adopted.
She assured the family of the deceased that the issue would be discussed with minister of state for external affairs, Preneet Kaur soon to ensure the appropriate action against all accused in the case.
Earlier, in the meeting of the block Congress Committee, a two-minute silence was observed to pray for the peace of the departed soul of Rajesh Bittu on Tuesday. The meeting was presided over by president Harbhajan Singh in which Congress leaders expressed a deep concern over the deteriorating law and order in the state.
Party workers decided to make the Bittu murder case and the overall law situation electoral issues in the forthcoming elections of panchayats, block samiti, zila parishads and municipal councils.
Jaswant Rai Bawa, Rakesh Sharma, Ramesh Gutra and Amit Bawa were present on the occasion. Property dealer Rajesh Kumar Bittu was clubbed to death on the night of February 14.
