CBSE Class X exam: Nearly 1,000 students score CGPA 10 in tricity
The results of Central Board of Secondary Education Class 10 were declared today and approximately 1,000 students scored Cumulative Grade Point Average of 10 from the tricity in private schools alone. The top three schools from Chandigarh whose students secured the maximum CGPA 10 are Delhi Public School, sector40 with 42% students, Bhavan Vidyalaya, sector 27 with 42% followed by Sacred Heart School, sector 26 with 32%.

The top three schools from Chandigarh whose students secured the maximum CGPA 10 are Delhi Public School, sector40 with 42% students, Bhavan Vidyalaya, sector 27 with 42% followed by Sacred Heart School, sector 26 with 32%.
Seventy-two students scored a perfect 10 out of total 171 who appeared for the exam from Delhi Public School, Reema Dewan, Principal of Delhi Public School said, “I am very happy with result of the school and congratulate the students and teachers whose hard work has brought laurels.”
61 students scored perfect 10 out of total 144 who appeared from Bhavan Vidyalaya, Vineeta Arora, Principal of Bhavan Vidyalaya, sector 27 said, “I want to say that both school and boards are equal and the teachers are the same and both the students have scored high marks. I am very happy with the result.”
79 students scored a perfect 10 out of 249 students who had appeared for boards from Sacred Heart School, sector26. “In total all the schools have done really well and this year the results are good,” said RJ Khanderao, CBSE, Regional Officer.
