Minutes later, the House witnessed chaos when parliamentary affairs minister Randeep Singh Surjewala told opposition MLAs that office-bearers of opposition parties had been inciting protesters in Hisar.

INLD legislators, led by Ajay Chautala, dared Surjewala to name the office-bearers. However, Surjewala said that it was shocking that a few people were provoking Jats and feigning concern in the House.

Agitated INLD and BJP MLAs rushed to the well of the House and raised slogans such as "Lathi, goli ki sarkar, nahi chalegi, nahi chalegi (Down with the government of lathicharge and firing) and tanashahi nahi chalegi (down with dictatorship)".

The pandemonium prevailed for several minutes as members of treasury benches also raised slogans against the INLD. Speaker Kuldeep Sharma issued warnings and named seven INLD MLAs Abhey Chautala, Rampal Majra, Jagdish Nayar, Bishan Lal Saini, Subhash Chaudhary, Mohammad Iliyas and Krishan Kamboj besides Anil Vij of the BJP. The MLAs were asked to leave the House.

The ruckus over the issue aggravated when opposition MLAs continued raising anti-government slogans and the Speaker took a serious note of their remarks, causing aspersion on the Speaker's chair.

Though the leader of the opposition, Om Prakash Chautala, and others who had entered the well of House, tried to justify the party's stand and sought a discussion on the subject, the Speaker named all barring four INLD MLAs who were seated. Those named were asked to leave the House.

The House again witnessed chaos when INLD MLAs Ajay Chautala, Ashok Arora and Sher Singh Badshami, who had not been named, asked the Speaker's permission to call the INLD MLAs back.

On this, Surjewala held that the treasury benches would not object to it if the leader of opposition Om Prakash Chautala would himself seek the Speaker's permission with a guarantee that the House would not be disrupted again on the issue of the Jat stir as he had already given his statement.

Disagreeing with the conditions, the four INLD MLAs also walked out of the House.
