South Africa made no change from the line-up of Friday's match at Multan which they won by seven wickets to level the series 2-2.
For the home team, paceman Shoaib Akhtar makes a return to international cricket as one of three changes made from the Pakistani line-up in Multan.
Sohail Tanveer and Imran Nazir also come back to the team. Pacemen Mohammad Asif, Umar Gul and opener Yasir Hameed were left out.
The match was originally scheduled for the southern city of Karachi but was shifted after South Africa raised security concern following bombings on October 18 which killed 139 people.
