Divers fish out boy’s body from Surajkund lake

Indian Navy divers, on Saturday, managed to fish out the body of a boy, Nitin (23), who had drowned in a lake in Surajkund area. Prabhu Razdan reports.

Nitin was a resident of SGM Nagar in Faridabad.

Besides the family members of Nitin, local police was also present at the spot when the divers came out with the body from the lake. Police immediately took custody of the body and sent it for post-mortem.

“The body has been handed over to the family members after post-mortem,” SHO Surajkund Jiteesh Malhotra said, adding, “It is an accident case”.
