Jaswinder Singh was behind the wheels of the speeding bus on Sunday noon when it hit a two-wheeler and six cars near a traffic signal in Rajouri Garden area.

Thirteen-year-old Morick, who was on the pillion of his father's scooter with his brother, was crushed under the wheels of the bus. He was a class 5 student of SM Jain Montessori School in north Delhi.

Morick's father Sunder Sharma and his other son, Gorick, were discharged after first aid.
