Keshav Bhosle (64) then injured himself with a sword, claiming that his sons had attacked him and that he had fired in self-defence with his.32-bore revolver. Bhosle’s younger son, Ganesh (38), died on the spot, while his other son Rajesh (40) is battling for life .
According to the police, Bhosle, owner of three flats in Parshwa building near Banganga Tank, called his family to his first-floor flat for his first wife’s death anniversary on Friday. An argument broke out between him and his sons over property. The sons, who were unemployed, wanted their share in the shops he owned.
When Bhosle refused, police said, the sons turned abusive. Bhosle whipped out his revolver and shot at them both.
