“The issue is not whether the deal is anti-or-pro-Muslim. If at all, it is about whether the deal is in the interest of the country.

This is not a Muslim issue and if it is in the interest of the country, it will naturally be in the interest of Indian Muslims,” Bukhari told HT. He said it was wrong to brand the deal “anti-Muslim”. “It’s something nuclear experts should decide, not clerics.”
