A 30-year old woman died on Monday after she jumped in front of a Delhi Metro train, said an official.

Omvati, a resident of Raghubir Nagar jumped in front of the Metro going towards the Yamuna Bank at Rajouri Garden metro station in west Delhi around 10:30am.

She was taken to a nearby hospital, where she was declared brought dead.
Police said that a suicide note had been recovered, which said that no one was responsible for her death and that she has taken the step on her own.
