John Abraham celebrates 49th birthday, shares pics of romantic date nights with wife Priya Runchal

On Friday, John Abraham turned 49. The actor marked the occasion on Instagram by posting a series of pictures with his wife, Priya Runchal , one of which also featured their adorable pets.

Posting the photos, John captioned it with a black heart emoji. In the first picture, John and Priya are seen playing with their dogs while sitting on a sofa. In another one, Priya posed with their furry friends, as she took them out for a walk. In other pictures, John and Priya feature in loved-up moments, some of which are glimpses of their date nights. 

The post arrives after John made a comeback on Instagram with the Attack teaser. He had earlier deleted his previous posts as a promotional move. John's Attack will release on January 28, 2022.  Sharing the film’s teaser on Instagram, he wrote, "Get ready to witness the making of India's first super-soldier! Teaser out now. Attack releasing in cinemas worldwide on Jan 28." The action thriller also stars actors Jacqueline Fernandez and Rakul Preet Singh.

Earlier, in an interview with mid-day, John said that Priya, an investment banker by profession, does not care for the paparazzi frenzy. “This is the way I like it. She is a private person. She finished her course from business school in London and was earlier in Los Angeles. She chooses to quietly do her work and I appreciate it,” he said.

John told Pinkvilla in an earlier interview that Priya brought maturity and stability to their relationship. He said, “I think Priya brings a lot of maturity to the relationship. A lot of sanity, a lot of stability and she’s a good person. Rarely do I find people in our industry who want to stand back. She’s one who has chosen to stand back and say, ‘Listen, I’m not interested in this space of hogging the limelight. I’d rather sit back and do some real work.’”

Apart from Attack, John will also be seen in Mohit Suri's film Ek Villain Returns. The film stars Arjun Kapoor, Disha Patani and Tara Sutaria. It will hit the theaters on July 8, 2022. John was last seen in Satyameva Jayate 2. 

John and Priya tied the knot in 2014. It was only when the actor wished his fans on New Year and signed off as 'John and Priya Abraham' is when his fans got to know that he was married.
