"I feel very blessed to be able to spend time with my mom, family and very wonderful friends. Very grateful. May only good things come this year," Lohan tweeted Monday, reports femalefirst.co.uk.
Lohan's probation was revoked in early December after she allegedly lied about driving her Porsche during a car crash in June.
The 26-year-old is said to have recently admitted to her friends that she had hit rock bottom and needed professional help, but said she didn't have the money to hire a psychiatrist as she is currently in debt.
