Men who eat antioxidant rich foods like carrots, sweet potatoes and mangos produce healthier sperms, suggests a new study by University of Western Australia.
According to it, intake of foods like carrots, and mangos — orange-coloured foods rich in beta-carotene — and almonds and broccoli, which are rich in vitamin E, help maintain healthy sperm in men.
