Portfolios declared, full list of new Union council of ministers after reshuffle

Prime Minister Narendra Modi expanded his cabinet on Sunday, inducting nine new faces and promoting four. Here is the full list of his council of ministers:

Prime Minister Narendra Modi elevated four senior ministers to the cabinet rank as he roped in nine new faces to the Union council of ministers on Sunday morning.
