Ajitesh Argal selected for India under-19 camp
AJITEST ARGAL, an all-rounder of the Arera Cricket Academy (ACA), Old Campion Ground, has been selected for the camp that will select the under-19 national team. Ajitseh, who has been performing excellently for the last two years, is one of the most-talented cricketers of ACA. His brilliance could be gauged from that fact that he was selected thrice for the MRF Pace Academy and participated twice in the camp organised by Cricket Club of India, Mumbai.
Ajitesh claimed 82 wickets in different tournaments organised by BCCI. His best was the eight-wicket haul against the Saurashtra Cricket Association (SCA) in 20 overs, conceding 39 runs. Besides, he also scored 519 runs in different matches during the season that.
According to his coach Suresh Chenani, the talented Ajitesh will manage to register name in the final team to be declared after the camp. “I am confident for his selection. He will make it”, said Chenani.
At present Ajitesh is being trained by international cricketer J P Yadav, Ranji player Brajesh Tomar ‘Omi’, Ankit Shrivastava and Mohnish Mishra at Old Campion Ground.
The players of ACA, coach Suresh Chenani, father K K Argal and others congratulated Ajitesh and extended their good wishes.
