"The minimum bid for the ground rights tender package is $3 million and participation is open to any company or agency with a net worth of $5 million," the cricket board said in a news release.

Sealed bids will be accepted until 1630 local time (1100 GMT) on March 31 in Mumbai and will be opened the same day.

"All revenues from the first day of the series, after meeting basic costs, will be donated to the earthquake relief funds of the two countries," the release said.

"Players from both teams have decided to donate their match fees of the first day to this cause."

Three-quarters of the proceeds from the first game will go to victims in Pakistan and the rest to those affected on the Indian side of the region.

The earthquake in October 2005 killed more than 74,000 people in Pakistan occupied Kashmir and adjoining North West Frontier Province, as well as about 1,300 in Kashmir.

The matches will take place on April 18 and 19.

The board has also invited bids for global media rights for a period of five years for all matches India will play on neutral grounds (non ICC member country) outside India.

Earlier this year, the board sold its global telecast rights for international and domestic matches in India for a period of four years for $612 million.
