Indore court dismisses case against Dharmendra

The case was dismissed on the ground that nomination papers in support of the complaint was missing.
A local court here on Wednesday dismissed a complaint filed by two Congress leaders against the Bollywood actor and BJP candidate from Bikaner constituency, Dharmendra, alleging that he did not give information in the nomination papers about his second marriage with actress Hema Malini.
The complaint was dismissed by the court of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Narendra Jain on the ground that copies of nomination papers in support of the complaint was not provided.
