"Unfortunately, he has suffered damage to his knee ligaments. The initial assessment is that he will out for a minimum of four weeks," West Indies media manager Philip Spooner told HT. The replacement will be announced once the International Cricket Council gives its okay. Bravo was one of the few real quality players in the struggling Caribbean squad. His injury makes life even more difficult for the team. West Indies take on Netherlands in their next game at Ferozshah Kotla on Monday.

Doug Bollinger out
Australian speedster Doug Bollinger also joined the list of injury casualties after he was ruled out because of an ankle injury. The replacement is yet to be announced but skipper Ricky Ponting said in Nagpur, where the champions registered their second straight win, over New Zealand, that batsman Mike Hussey will not be the replacement.
