JATIN VARMA

Eventhough he started his career in fashion designing pretty early, this will be the first time he would be participating in IFW. Currently 26, Jatin graduated from Pearl Academy of Fashion, New Delhi. He makes sure that he brings out the "wildness" in his customers through his garments.

In 1997, he won the Oracle Designer 91 and the Evian Designer 97 for the Most Commercially Viable Collection. He also designed and forecasted for Trends Context India 97 at Mumbai, an event organized by Clothesline group. In 1999, he moved on to join Mexx Holding International.

Jatin started his own label in 1991 with a refreshing range of cotton-ribbed sweaters followed by Cotton Sweaters, Shirts and T-Shirts for men. He designs in-house for Shoppers' Stop. His specialization is sweaters – for men and women, Women's Wear, Bridal Wear, Beaded Tops & Dresses and SKDs.
