Moti Lal

He is a cousin of Sansar Chand and stays in the infamous Gali No. 11 Sadar Bazaar. Moti Lal was arrested Dec 1999 following the Ghaziabad seizure that yielded a huge haul of 50n leopard skins, 3 tiger skins and 5 otter skins. The CBI, which is following the case says that Moti Lal was just acting as a middle man for international buyers.

He was in jail for nine months before he was granted bail. The case is still pending in the courts and CBI believes he will be convicted as they have a watertight case against him.  Since then he has been keeping a low profile but he is very much in the business.
