Meanwhile, Devendra Singh Sengar has replaced K S Malviya as TI of the Pandrinath police station. Malviya was line-attached after the dacoits’ escape.

Of the policemen injured in the attack by the miscreants, the condition of head constable Sriram Bhadoria remains serious. CSP Dhananjay Shah said that Bhadoria and constable Raju have been shifted to Gokuldas Hospital.

On Monday, a CT Scan of Bhadoria’s injured head was done and he was operated upon. The role of other policemen on duty during that time is also being investigated.
