Sahara sacks staff for breaching PM's security

The two air hostesses Yogyata and Bina unauthorizedly drove a car into the premises of the PM's residence.

Private carrier Air Sahara on Thursday night said it would sack two of its air hostesses who were involved in a security breach at the official residence of Prime Minister Manmohan Singh in New Delhi.

Air Sahara President Alok Sharma told reporters that the two hostesses were recent recruits and have been grounded for the last two months on charges of indiscipline and absenteeism.

The termination of their services was already in the process and it would be executed after Thursday's incident, he added.

The two air hostesses from Jaipur Yogyata and Bina unauthorizedly drove in a luxury car into the premises of the Prime Minister's residence along with Imran, a male friend of theirs.
