Six persons killed in road mishap near Ahmedabad

Six persons were killed and seven injured when a passenger jeep collided with a bus on the Himmatnagar highway, police said on Saturday.

A jeep carrying 20 people collided with the bus on Friday Night in which six people were killed and seven others injured, they said.

All the victims were taken to the nearby civil hospital in Himmatnagar, police said.

The driver of the jeep and bus have been detained by the police and further investigation is on, police added.
