A 17-year-old tribal girl was drowned on Saturday in river Narmada at Udaypura area near Raisen, Madhya Pradesh, police said.
A 17-year-old tribal girl was drowned on Saturday in river Narmada at Udaypura area near Raisen, Madhya Pradesh, police said.
The deceased identified as Teja Bai had gone to a picnic along with her friends and while crossing a small bridge over Baurasghat she slipped and fell into the river, they said.

Her body was fished out with the help of divers, police said adding investigations were on.
