Two soldiers found dead in J&K: police

Two soldiers found dead in different incidents, in avalanche at Eagle Post in Kupwara, Jammu and Kashmir.

Two soldiers were found dead in the state in separate incidents in the past 24 hours, police said on Sunday.
Sepoy Kulbir Singh of 2-Dogra Regiment died when he came under an avalanche at Eagle Post in Kupwara Saturday night, they said.

The body of the deceased has been recovered and handed over to the concerned unit for last rites.

Another soldier, Rani Prashani of 7-Mahar Regiment died at Pam post, a forward post in Kargil area under suspicious circumstances on March 23, they said.
