When the Indian airlines, decides, in a carefully worded directive, that it wants to ground members of the cabin crew above 40, we need not take this as a flight of fancy.

Early retirement? A dream come true for most of us. If any company wants to put people over 40 out to pasture, well, we are not complaining.
