It is not sufficient just to light candles; the responsibility of citizens is to keep their eyes and ears open and stop people from wrongdoing, actor-director Nana Patekar said on Wednesday, a day after a 19-year-old girl was stabbed by her former boyfriend near the Thane railway station, even as passersby looked on.
