However, Rohtak DSP Amit Bhatia refused to comment saying that he was busy in a meeting.

On Tuesday, the DSP had assured the family members of the deceased that the police will arrest the accused soon.

Earlier the police even refused to disclose the name of the accused and content of the suicide note saying, "We cannot disclose the suicide note before the media, but the investigation has been started and efforts were on to arrest the two persons, named in the suicide note".

Krishan Kumar, a relative of the deceased, said, "The police merely said that they are making efforts to arrest the accused, but we are waiting for action".

The police have registered a case under Section 306 and 387 of the IPC.
