This is reflected from the fact that PSPCL in Bathinda circle, comprising Bathinda and Mansa districts, is yet to recover Rs 24 crore from different government departments. The amount was due by January 31 which, as per sources in many cases, is lying pending for the past over five years. The record is in the statement of pending amount of the circle.
