Sai Kumar plans a Kannada film with father, son
Southern actor Sai Kumar Pudipeddi will likely team up with his father PG Sharma and son Aadi Pudipeddi for a yet-untitled Kannada action entertainer along the lines of recent Telugu blockbuster Manam.
If all goes as planned, southern actor Sai Kumar Pudipeddi will likely team up with his father PG Sharma and son Aadi Pudipeddi for a yet-untitled Kannada action entertainer along the lines of recent Telugu blockbuster Manam.
While PG Sharma has been a yesteryear actor, Aadi is one of the popular young heroes of Telugu filmdom.
"A Kannada script came along but hasn't materialised yet. It was supposed to feature me alongside my father and son. I hope the project gets revived and we as a family get to act," said Sai Kumar.
"It's not a remake of Manam. The only similarity will be that this film will also feature actors from three generations of my family. I plan to make it as an action movie," he added.
Sai Kumar also plans to work on the third part to his Kannada hit franchise Police Story.
"The same team that collaborated on Police Story is planning to come together again. It will not be a sequel to the last part, but a different film altogether coming as part of the same franchise. We plan to make it high on action," Sai Kumar said.
"There's a small lip-lock scene between us. Since I play his girlfriend, I was told that it was required for the role. I hope I can pull it off," she said.
In Tamil, Sandra awaits the release of her film Sivappu Enakku Pidikkum.
