Aaliyah Kashyap joins her friends for a dip at Wailua Falls, see pics and videos

Aaliyah Kashyap took a trip to the waterfalls with her friends. The 20-year-old shared pictures and videos from the trip on Instagram.

Aaliyah Kashyap is on a vacation with her friends. As part of her trip, the 20-year-old daughter of director Anurag Kashyap trekked to Wailua Falls, which is in Hawaii, and took a dip. Taking to Instagram, Aaliyah shared pictures and a video of the group enjoying themselves in the water.

For the swim, Aaliyah dressed in a pastel green bikini while she tied her hair into a bun. In the pictures, Aaliyah posed solo and then with a friend, facing the waterfalls. In the videos, Aaliyah tried to swim towards the falls with her friends. She shared the post with the caption, "Definitely worth the hike."

The post received reactions from many, including Aaliyah's best friend Khushi Kapoor. She wrote, "Omg" with a heart-eyed emoji. Aaliyah replied, "ily" short for I love you. Another friend of Aaliyah said she's feeling "fomooooo" to which Aaliyah replied, "miss u :(".

Her trip to Hawaii came a few weeks after she returned from Mumbai to the United States. She was in India, visiting her parents Anurag Kashyap and Aarti Bajaj. Aaliyah was joined by her boyfriend Shane Gregoire. During their stay, she shared several videos of their time in the country.

Aaliyah is currently pursuing her higher studies in the US and has no inclination towards following her father's footsteps into the film industry. However, she did star in a short film, titled Gayatri, directed by Imtiaz Ali's daughter Ida.

Speaking with NDTV about his daughter's future, Anurag had said, "She’s an adult, she has to choose, but definitely she has to learn. She can’t wake up one day and say ‘I want to be an actor’. If she wants to do it, she has to struggle for it and go and audition for it and win a role somewhere.”
